Storio Group: A New Chapter Begins with Brand Transformation and Leadership Renewal for Enhanced Growth

Formerly recognized as albelli-Photobox Group, the corporate umbrella for renowned brands Photobox UK and Bonusprint, has rebranded to Storio group. This strategic move signifies a major milestone in the European personalised photo product landscape, boasting an impressive revenue of more than EUR 340M and a robust customer base exceeding 11 million. This rebranding aligns with a critical leadership transition, with Alessandro Coppo stepping into the CEO role previously held by Tristan Money as of 8th February 2024. This shift forms a core part of the organization’s two-year strategic plan following the merger, aimed at enhancing integration, sparking innovation, and driving growth.

The rebranding and leadership change were unveiled during a vibrant internal launch event, which was live-streamed from Amsterdam, London, and Barcelona, connecting the company’s vast network of European offices and facilities in a festive digital event. This occasion marked the beginning of an exciting new era for Storio group, celebrated across all company locations.

After a significant nine-year tenure, culminating in the successful merger with Photobox in January 2022, Tristan Money handed over the leadership to Alessandro Coppo.

Bringing over 25 years of industry experience to the table, including critical roles at Boston Consulting Group and a transformative stint at eBay, Alessandro Coppo is poised to steer Storio group towards a promising future. His successful tenure at eBay, where he led the Classifieds Group’s revenue growth from $300M to more than $1B, highlights his strategic acumen in leveraging technology to connect individuals and foster safe, enjoyable commerce environments. This expertise resonates with the vision and aspirations of Storio group.

In his role as CEO, Alessandro is committed to furthering the solid groundwork established by Tristan and the leadership team, with a vision to position Storio group as a premier and cherished brand that connects people with their most precious moments.
