Athens Research and Technology (ART), a leader in the field of protein purification for medical research and diagnostics, recently took part in MEDICA 2023, the world’s foremost medical technology trade fair held in Düsseldorf, Germany. This year’s event attracted a record number of 83,000 healthcare experts from across the globe.
This year was particularly noteworthy for Athens Research and Technology with their exhibition of expanded production capabilities at the fair. In an atmosphere brimming with progress and innovation, ART successfully exhibited its enhanced production capacity, opening avenues for new partnerships and offering a wider range of opportunities for potential global clients.
“About three-quarters of our visitors travelled to Germany from abroad. They came from 166 countries,” said Christian Grosser, Director of Health & Medical Technologies at Messe Düsseldorf. “Both events (MEDICA and COMPAMED) are not only leading trade fairs in Germany and Europe, the figures also demonstrate their great importance for global business.”
MEDICA attendees had the chance to explore ART’s essential protein products and their increased production capabilities, which includes a recent expansion in the production of Transferrin, Immunoglobulins, Alpha 2 Macroglobulin, Catalase, Apolipoproteins, Lipoprotein a, and Chylomicrons. These products are now available in greater quantities to meet the expanding needs of ART’s distinguished clientele.
