Shoppers at Tesco’s The famous chocolate will be available for purchase at Christmas pop-up markets. A survey revealed that coconut-infused chocolate was the least-popular festive box, with more than half (52%) of respondents admitting to having picked it up last and 32% admitting to tossing it.
Bounty-free special containers will now include mini versions of: Snickers and Mars, Twix.
Emily Owen, Senior Brand Manager, Celebrations, stated that customers had the option to return any Bounty chocolates they didn’t like last year. “Now, we are experimenting with taking them from the tub, far from public demand.”
“Until it’s gone, you don’t know what’s yours.” Bounty’s faithful and secretive fans are still available, so there’s still hope they’ll return after the trial.
Shoppers can enjoy the tub at 40 participating Tesco Christmas Markets in November and December.
