But, Oscar winner isn’t satisfied with the lack of recognition for one film.

The 66-year old actor spoke on the ReelBlend podcast and shared his thoughts about 2002. The road to perditionIt is often overlooked.

“For one reason or another, no one is referring to Road to Perdition, and that was a very important movie to me,” he explained.

I watch Turner Classic Movies a lot and I love any obscure or unknown movie from the 40s or 50s. I don’t have any preconceived ideas about it, and I don’t know much about it.

“When I watch those movies, they’re crackerjacks and they are incredibly moving, all that comes to mind is, ‘I’m so happy this movie lasts forever, because I get a chance now to revisit it.’ Road to Perdition may be an example of this.
