It included giant afternoon tea, Coulson’s famous Iggy Sticky Toffee Pudding, and Coulson’s bedtime poems on a pillow. It was loved by everyone. There have been other country hotels, but this was the first to offer a personal touch in beautiful country surroundings. The owner was committed to providing a warm welcome, decent food, and peace and tranquility. .
