A resident accused of being a burglar shot and killed a maintenance worker who was checking pipes in an apartment.
According to a reporter, Cesar Montelongo (53), was working on a porch at Clayton Point apartments in Grand Prairie Texas, when he was spotted and spotted by a resident. Fox 4. In the complex, several pipes burst.
The resident believed Montelongo to be a home burglar, and used a firearm on him to shoot him through a glass.

The incident is still under investigation. The case was referred by police to the Tarrant County grand jury.

Cesar Montelongo Jr. said that he was humble and never boasted about anything. He also never felt bad, like he was a bad person, or a bad man.
“Always respectful, always showed the best manners, and he passed that on to us.” So I just hope that when people see my brothers and I, I will be able to remember my father positively.
