Helen SkeltonShe shared the reactions of her children to her performance in Strictly come dance.
Countryfile, the BBC’s competition series presenter, was delighting the judges with her side by side routines Professional dance partner Gorka Marquez.
Helen is the mother of three children, Ernie, seven-year-old, Louis, five-year old, and Elsie, nine months.
In April, the 39-year-old emotional shared a statement that she felt was important. She and rugby star Richie, 32, had split upFour months after their third child was born, and nine years since they exchanged vows.
Appearing on It Takes Two today, Helen revealed the top comments following all of her shows—and they don’t come from judges Shirley Palace, Motsy Mabuse, Craig Revell-Horwood, and Anton de Beek.
“The only people outcomes that really matter, that you name at the end of your dance are your kids, is that right?” asked Rylan Clark Helen.
She said yes! My oldest son doesn’t watch because he said “Mom, I saw you on TV before.” He also agreed that it was “too cool to watch” on Strictly.
“He even told me his friend Beastie, at school, about the dance. He’s like, “Don’t talk too much about it, but what’re you doing?” “
The moderator continues this, gives me an in-depth debrief, loves to moonwalk, loves to know what we’re up to, and then comes into training to give us feedback.
“Obviously, the child doesn’t know!”
This is after Helen recently admitted she was in the film Strictly “Hard battle” after her defection.
Helen said that she was very proud of her time on the dancefloor.
Perhaps it’s too difficult for some people, but for myself, strangely enough, it was the best place to be.
“Other people were concerned about the attention that comes from being too rigid or exposing their souls to TV, while I was ready for it.”
continued the sun: ‘I like the fact that we now talk about mental illness more, but I like that it is discussed how people can take care of their mental health.
I have always viewed my brain as a muscle and I need to exercise to maintain my head in check.
This is what Strictly does to me. It’s the most intelligent and consuming thing you can be a part.
