Police issued a fixed sanction warrant to the prime minster for failing to wear a belt while filming a video clip on social media in the back seat of a moving vehicle.

Lancashire Police stated that they were aware of a video that has been circulated on social networks showing a person wearing a seatbelt as a passenger in an automobile in Lancashire.
“Having examined this matter, today (Friday, 20th of January) we have issued a conditional offering for a set-piece to a 42 year-old Londoner.”
