Kit’s post was followed by Heartstopper model Alice Oseman, who was among the first ones to support Kit and condemn those who “glamorously waste their time speculating on sexual matters.”
They wrote, “I don’t understand how people can watch Heartstopper then happily spend their free time speculating about gender or judging based purely on stereotypes.”
“I hope all these people feel ashamed as F*CK. Kate you are amazing.”

He stated, “It’s just that I feel completely confident and comfortable in my sexuality. However, I don’t like labels and things such as these.
“I’m not huge about it. And I don’t feel like I need to label myself, especially not in public.”
