DILLIAN WHYTE fought Anthony Joshua in a rematch after narrowly beating Jermaine Benjamin.
White left Wembley Arena by a disputed majority decisionHe won and he is back for the first time since Tyson Fury’s defeat.
Eddie Hearn cautioned that AJ and heavyweight could have other fights in early 2023, ahead of their Summer Stadium rematch.
This leaves the door open for Whyte to be fought next with many options.
SunSport takes a look at the potential contenders in play.
Anthony Joshua
Joshua, 33 years old, remains the favorite to face Wyatt (34), next year. The duo cuddled at ringside.
Hearn made it possible for the duo immediately to rematch with AJ is eager to get right back into a big fight.
Joshua lost to White in the amateurs 2009, but won his rematch six year later after a long hiatus.

Otto Wallen
After his October 2021 injury, Whyte, 32, pulled out of the October 2021 proposal.
Instead, he continued to challenge Fury (34), for the WBC title belt, while Swede Wallen was left reeling.
If an AJ rematch is not possible after this, Whyte & Wallin will have the shared history building interest in a full-blown bout.

Daniel Dubois
White, 29, was close to agreeing to a deal with Dubois to fight Franklin, 24. on BT pay-per-view.
He was unable to meet his financial obligations and decided to cancel the match.
It’s still a big fight if Whyte has to look elsewhere. Dubois, however, has the WBA “regular minor” title to offer.
Jermaine Franklin rematch
Franklin felt that he was “stolen”, which led to calls for a replay by Americans and fans online.
In the press conference after the fight, Whyte appeared less convinced. However, a lack of options could lead to the pair fund being refunded.
It could open the way for Whyte in the US to do so, though it seems unlikely.
Deontay wilder
Wilder, 37 year old Long feud with WhyteIt dates back to his WBC championship years, when he didn’t defend his belt against Briton.
Bronze Bomber will now face Andy Ruiz Jr. (33), for Fury’s belt.
This makes a quarrel between Whyte and Hearne unlikely, though Hearne had previously hinted that there was a deal with them in the Middle East.
