The date of his birth, February 18, 2021, is marked on the cake’s top.
His unusual name, written in white, is also written.
The boy was named after his parents by his parents Cartel.
Reddit user: “It’s not a good thing to associate your son with drugs lords.”
Reddit users are left baffled by this strange and troubling name choice.
One person commented, “He’d have fun if he had airport security.”
Another user joked that “Maybe his parents want he to be one in future.”
One stunned onlooker couldn’t find the name funny.
Instead, they said: “I don’t like that name.” Please don’t worry about what I’m trying say, because I’m being truthful.
The name was not the only thing that worried viewers.
They were also disturbed when Cartel celebrated his beige-themed birthday.
