Parish was not the only Tory MP to lose the party whip for their behavior.
Andrew Pridgen (MP for North West Leicestershire) was expelled by the Conservative Party on Wednesday. He referenced the Holocaust in a discussion about Covid vaccines.
Pridgen was seated as an independent MP in House of Commons the next day and apologized for any offense. He posted a video in which he denies being racist.
There are currently 15 independent MPs within Parliament.
