According to Riley Keough, Riley Keough, Riley Keough will host a memorial service for Lisa Marie Presley on the mansion’s front yard at 9 a.m. Jan. 22.
Presley, 54 years old, died Thursday after being admitted to the hospital in a medical emergency.
Presley was buried at Graceland alongside her son, it was announced earlier. Benjamin Keoughwho died in 2020. Graceland is where Elvis Presley and other members are buried.
Lisa Marie, a singer-songwriter, didn’t live in Memphis, her hometown. But she made trips to Memphis to commemorate the anniversary her father’s birth as well as the anniversary his death. The world was stunned when he died in Graceland on August 16, 1977, at the age of 42.
Lisa Marie was the sole heir to Elvis Presley Trust. This trust, along with Elvis Presley Enterprises, managed Graceland and other assets. Lisa Marie sold her majority in 2005. She retained ownership of the mansion, the 13 acres surrounding it, and the items within the house.
Her mother, Priscilla, and her three children were able to survive.
