Johnson & Johnson is ready to face a class-action lawsuit introduced by UK-based new Marc Lanier, a high-profile agency of Houston attorneys.
The brand new Houston litigation regulation agency has launched a British class motion lawsuit in opposition to Johnson & Johnson over allegations that the New Jersey Pharma large’s talc merchandise have triggered most cancers in UK prospects.
The lawsuit is ready to allege that 1000’s of Britons could have developed most cancers from publicity to asbestos in J&J and different pharmaceutical firms’ talc merchandise.
The launch of the category motion lawsuit follows the launch of the brand new Manchester-based regulation agency Lanier final month.

The lawsuit comes after J&J introduced in August of plans to cease promoting talc merchandise in all markets around the globe by 2023. On the time, the corporate stated in an announcement that its “place on the protection of beauty talc has not modified.”
