Jet2 takes the crown as Britain’s most well-liked supplier of vacation and resort packages.
In line with a survey launched right now by shopper champion Which Witches, the UK Companiony acquired the best buyer satisfaction rating together with Swiss vacation firm Kuoni.
Respondents praised Jet2’s excessive ranges of service and reliability, with one buyer saying “you do not really feel such as you’re simply one of many herd”.
However big-name manufacturers like Lastminute.com, Easyjet Holidays and Tui have been pushed again by customer support points whereas big eDreams has been slammed for descriptions that do not match actuality.
