The 19th is a day off in May, for example. To enjoy a five-day weekend, you only need to take off on the 15th or 16th weekends.
She explained, “You can visit so many places in just five day,”
According to the video, President’s Day in February can get the same long weekend treatment.
The same goes for Memorial Day—taking off the 25th and 26th could earn you nearly a week of (paid) vacation.

Travelers can take advantage of weekends off and Thanksgiving weekend to get up to “17 consecutive days” using only eight days of PTO
November is a great time to go on longer trips.
You can take advantage of the November 12th through 26th, both Sundays, with the 23rd or 24th being a holiday to Thanksgiving, and you get 17 days off.
This lineup includes PTO days from the 13th to the 17th, and the 20th through 22nd.
Although the method of choosing the calendar days for travel seems simple enough, some users felt that not everyone is so fortunate.
One person commented, “Step 1 – Find a job that gives all those days off.”
Another admitted: “I have a 10 day PTO which also includes my sick time.”
“I work in hospitality. What are the holidays?” another commenter wrote.
Others found the hack useful, writing: “I love your!” I am terrible at not taking my days off. My goal for 2023 is use every single one of them. This video is being saved.
Another suggestion was: “But don’t forget about the high prices for hotels and flights during these holidays.
“Choose your vacation *now* and get lower prices!”
