Deloitte has dismissed half of its top UK staff in an unexpected leadership shakeup today. It is looking to develop young executives to replace Richard Houston as chief executive in 2027.
The Big Four has made it clear that eight of its senior leaders, including its managing partners, will be fired. This will allow six new partners to take their place as the executive team shrinks from 14.
The company has eliminated Richard Bell, Pauline Biddle Stephen Griggs, Anne Marie Malley, Andy Morris, and Pauline Biddle from its workforce, but they will still be in “important positions”, according to reports.
Deloitte stated that Richard Houston, the newly reappointed UK President, is expected to continue in the position until 2027. He coordinated and coordinated the cabinet reshuffle.

Duncan Farrow Smith will assume the role of Chief Strategy Officer.

Deloitte’s UK arm posted a 10 per cent jump in revenue to £4.9 billion at the end of September, while distributable operating profit rose 21 per cent to £711 million.
