Easter Smash Cake (£49.95, serves 10 – 12)
The perfect centrepiece for your Easter Sunday table, this cake features three-layers of rich chocolate sponge with chocolate and fresh cream. Sprinkled with chocolate honeycomb, cookie pieces and mini chocolate beans – have a crack at the eggs on top to reveal more eggs and beans inside. Adding a burst of spring colour, the cake is finished with a pastel yellow Swiss meringue buttercream and a stunning dark chocolate ganache drip.
Easter Log Cake (£42.95, serves 10 – 12)
