It’s been a frustrating few months and I’m now kicking my heels on sidelines.
However, the good news is that I was able to do all my Christmas shopping in time for the first ever time in my entire life!

All gifts are sorted. Wrapping them would be another matter.
I save it for Christmas Eve, and I expect it will be the same this year.
Yesterday was a productive physical session at Injured Jockeys Fond. Things are looking up on the injury front.
My doctors are thrilled with the way my collar bones are healing. I have been working hard to get stronger.
Taunton now has an IJF center, which is very helpful for those of us who are based in South West.
So far, so good. However, Monday will be the big day. I’ll have my physical tests to determine if I can get back on the bike.

BHA’s Dr. Jerry Hill is a great instructor and understands the desire of riders to get back on the saddle as soon as possible.
When you are injured, emotions can run high and low. He makes it as easy as possible for you to get back on your feet.
All is well. Next week, I’ll be riding again and will then be back in time for Frodon at King George on Boxing Day.
I hope I get a pass because it’s shaping out to be a cracker race – an important race for yard.
Frode will be joined by Bravemansgame (Ditchheat) and Hitman (Hitman). Both have been doing well so fingers are crossed that everything will be fine between now and Monday’s week in Kimpton.
He’ll play Harry Cobden in Bravemansgame, and Hitman is a great ride that Sam Twiston-Davies can pick up.
They are the market leaders. . . But don’t forget Frode!
We all know that he has been there, done it, and won the jersey.
It is alive at big events – and King George Day is one of the largest races. It will be an exciting encounter with four of the best class classmates.
Frode found it easier to go to the right over good ground. Haydock allowed him to take a break before he brought him back up to speed.
Although it hasn’t been possible to ride it yet, it seems to be doing well in my home.
It’s a very busy time of year for our yard. We’ll be running some pretty horse when the snow melts.
I am determined to be fit in time and can’t get enough of getting back in the saddle.
As always, be safe and keep going!
