Serves

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado, olive oil, and extra for brushing
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or Tamari)
  • 1½ teaspoons freshly grated garlic
  • 1½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 skinless and boneless white fish fillets, total weight approximately 350g

Method

  1. Mix together the oil, soysauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Two pieces of aluminum foil should be brushed with oil. Then place the fish in the middle. Place the glaze mixture on top. Divide the glaze among the fish.
  2. Wrap foil around the fish and make two cuts. Leave a space on the top of the fish, but leave enough room to fit in the basket.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  4. Place the foil pieces in the preheated oven and cook for 7-10 minutes depending on how thick your slices are. The fish should be flaked when the fork has been inserted. Serve immediately
