The global furniture sector, ending 2023 with a staggering $740 billion, is on the brink of its next major event: the International Istanbul Furniture Fair, happening from 23rd to 28th January. This event, known for its tradition and prestige within the industry, is set to welcome 200,000 professionals from around the world.

The global furniture sector is mobilising for the International Istanbul Furniture Fair (IIFF2024), scheduled from 23rd to 28th January. This pivotal event, a partnership between TUYAP Fair Organisation Group and Mos Fair Organisation, supported by the Furniture Associations Federation (MOSFED), anticipates hosting 200,000 industry leaders from 200 countries. The event will feature over a thousand companies, encompassing 3,000 brands, at the TUYAP Fair and Congress Center and Istanbul Fair Center.

As a seminal event in the furniture industry, the fair, adopting the theme “Visit Istanbul, Experience Istanbul,” is set to display the latest design innovations of 2024 across various product categories to its attendees.

Reflecting ResearchAndMarkets’ data, the global furniture industry, which concluded 2023 with $739.44 billion, is expected to rise to $935.9 billion by 2027. Türkiye, with a yearly production value of $12 billion, is set to host its global partners. The IIFF will display a diverse selection of furniture, including modern modular, luxury, beds and bases, baby and children’s, youth room, garden, office-school furniture, and accessories.

Over the course of six days, IIFF2024 will organise its exhibition halls at the Istanbul Fair Center and Tuyap Fair and Congress Center, divided according to product types. This organisation will allow visitors an in-depth exploration of a vast array of products. Moreover, the fair aims to create a vibrant environment that is conducive to forming new business partnerships.
