According to the Deloitte Football Money League’s most recent edition, Manchester City is still the richest soccer team in the world. This confirms the dominance and power of the English Premier League.
The Abu Dhabi-owned City was ranked first on the annual list, which is based upon revenues for the 2021-22 season. This was the second consecutive year, ahead of Real Madrid and Liverpool, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Manchester United.
Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspurs and Arsenal were among six Premier League clubs in Deloitte’s top 10, while English clubs made up more than half in the top 20, for the first time in the 26 year history of the report.
