A helicopter crashed close to a Brovary apartment building and kindergarten in Kyiv region. Photos and videos show casualties and a fire.
The Kyiv police confirmed that a helicopter crashed near a kindergarten, and a residential building in Brovary. The tragedy took place while children and employees were inside the kindergarten. “Everyone has been evacuated at the moment,” Oleksiykuleba, the head for the Kyiv Region, said.
“There are victims. “Ambulances, firefighters, and police are on the scene,” he said.
It is not known if the helicopter was Russian, or Ukrainian.
