The body positivity advocate talked about the harrowing experiences that he had to go through to show why it’s not okay to feel shameful about your body.

Bel, also known as @curvesonabundance in TikTok is a self-love-and-mentality coach. She tells viewers to look at the inappropriate comments she gets about her size as a plus-size German woman.
The 17-second video on the platformIt aims at shedding light on the discrimination and size inequalities that plus-size women face almost every day.
Bel offers self-love programs, an online course and confidence coaching. There are also free self-love guides.
Bel uses the appropriate caption, “That’s The Truth,” to illustrate her point. She also uses real-life scenarios and scenarios to support her point with comments about her body.
Belle is seen wearing light, high-waisted, jogging pants and a crop top with lace-up in dark black with long, flowing sleeves.
She is standing outside in what appears like a public park, swinging and smiling at camera as she places her thumbs in front of her pants.
Although the outfit looks very normal, it is a cause of controversy because of their large size.
She continues to show stock photos showing people with negative comments made about them.
The video features Miami, My Amy by Keith Whitley, which is a TikTok audio that’s often used to tell a story.
She shows viewers the first image of a group young girls sitting on a bench in a park. They are trying to judge her with the phrase “Have You seen what you’re wearing?” written above it.
The second set is even ruder.
“Omg, look at it… oink oink,” the words read on the screen above a photo of a group of men, meant to represent the negative feedback you receive from them.
The next comment you leave is related to a photo that shows a beautiful blonde woman living a life of luxury and abundance.

The video’s subtitles read: “You must lose at minimum 100 pounds before you can wear something like that.”
She projects the final image to make viewers aware her common mistreatment: a sensually fit, athletic man in his underwear, adorned with body hair.
The caption on the photo reads: “You should lower yourself and be grateful that you accept me.”
These comments about Bel and other plus-size women are just a small part of the struggles they go through in daily life.
The stress of dealing it often can be a severe influence on one’s psychological health. This is why a mentality coach works hard for self-love.
These are just a few messages Bel shares in his video. The comments section reflects that.
One user wrote that the Czech Republic was the same as Europe.
Another commenter agreed: “Girl! You’re not lying. They’re wild up there.”
