A leading US immigration expert said that Prince Harry should be denied residency in America if the drug use is not disclosed and could have it revoked if “lie”

He stated that the best way for the Duke of Edinburgh to get a green card was through his wife, who is US citizen.
The medical examination required for Green Card applicants, which are usually granted to permanent residents from abroad, is also required.
The application form asks a lot of questions about the applicant’s criminal background and even whether they were involved in the Nazi Party.
Similar questions are asked by visa applicants, tourists applying to a visa waiver, and other visa applicants.
