Property educator Nicky Greer is broadening her international schedule after the successful launch of a client-focused lease options programme in Dubai.

The move reflects rising interest in alternative property acquisition methods that do not rely on traditional lending structures.

The Dubai visit brought together a select group of advanced clients for a five-day study tour examining opportunities within the emirate’s real estate sector. Sessions with local professionals provided insight into regulatory differences and operational practices, demonstrating how lease option strategies can be adapted to a different market environment.

Reflecting on the experience, Nick Greer said: “We took our high-level clients for a five-day property and investment experience.
