Some players need time to get settled and improve. We will be there to support them as soon as possible. You would be hard-pressed to find a better position in the league than you are. It takes time and effort.

“Every improvement must be made step by step, and then one day you’ll say ‘Here it’s what it looks like’. At the moment you can’t really see it from the outside, but I believe we have improved.”
