How can you treat ear wax buildup on your om?

Earwax will most likely fall out on its’ own.

If it doesn’t work and your ear becomes blocked, you can put 2-3 drops of medicated almond or olive oil in your ear every day. Do this for 3 to 5-days.

It is recommended that you use a dropper while your head remains on one side for a few seconds to allow the oil into your ear canals.

This may be easiest to do first thing in the AM and then right before going to bed.

Over the course a couple of weeks, clumps will begin to fall out, especially at night while you’re sleeping.
