Travelers who established camp near Emmerdale Studios have left behind a trail of trash and Portaloos.

Some of the trash did get on the floor, but the majority stayed right there.

A fleet of caravans flooded into the studio parking lot, just a few meters from the studio entrance.

The parking lot is new and not owned by anyone else ITVHowever, a source said that ITV staff sometimes use it to overfill.

Instead, Leeds City Council runs it, and has the power to expel the group within days if required.

It is unclear if the local authority took the necessary steps or if residents of the camp moved on their own.

A spokesperson for the council stated that they were aware of the camp and will monitor it and take appropriate action if necessary.

EmmerdaleIt has been in operation since 1972 and has featured characters such as the Tate and Dingle families. Recently, it celebrated its 50th anniversary.
