WWERaw will not air any live episodes this week. Instead, fans will have until 2023 to see new content.
The WWE’s weekly shows – Raw and NXT, as well as SmackDown – are usually broadcast live 52 weeks per year. There are occasional taped shows, such as Friday’s episode of SmackDownTo ensure that everyone has some time off during Christmas.
Brand Red’s Monday night edition will not contain any new content. Instead, the company has run the most successful episode of 2022.
View last week – Who saw? Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins team up Raw defeated the Usos at a major main event.
The event also featured former NXT star Bronson Reed returned to his shockHe made his main roster debut, helping The Miz win a high-stakes ladder match against Dexter Lumis.
There was also a rare match between the men and women. Rhea Ripley defeated Azira Tozawa.
It turns out that the stars will continue performing this evening, with live action at Columbus, Ohio and the traditional holiday show in New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
According to the legendary venue, Bray Wyatt will be returning to the park for the third time in three years. Braun Strowman will team up with Kevin Owens to face Jimmy and Jey Uso.
Hit Row and Liv Morgan are also being announced. Also, a Ladder Match for Intercontinental Title is also being announced.
Gunther, the reigning champ will defend his gold in a match against Ricochet (Santos Escobar), Ricochet (Shinke Nakamura) and Kofi Kingston.
There is still one more Smackdown to go before the end of the year. It’s a big one because it features a WWE legend who has become a Hollywood star. John Cena teams up with Kevin Owens Against Sami Zayn, current Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns.
WWE Raw (Mondays), and SmackDown(Fridays) air weekly at 1am BT Sport 1.
