Two young boys were found dead in their home by a woman who was accused of murdering them.
On Friday afternoon, police were called to the Dagenham, east London home.
They found the bodies of two boys aged five and two years old.
Police were called to a disturbance in a nearby house and quickly arrested a woman.
Kara Alexander, 44, has been charged with two counts each of murder.
Today, she will appear before Barkingside Magistrates Court.

The man arrested in connection to the horror incident was released without further action.
Both suspects are known by the children and they are not looking for anyone other.
This development follows neighbors who revealed that they heard screams from the house just before the police arrived.
Sultan Wedad, an IT worker, 40, said: “I heard this loud screaming just after 1:30 pm.
It looked backwards as if someone had witnessed or heard something truly terrible.
“The fact that I have 2 children makes it even more frightening.”
Scotland Yard announced that an autopsy would be performed in due time with the assistance of specialist officers.
Detective Sean Trewick of East London’s police team stated: “This clearly is a distressing incident with many unanswered queries, but at this very early point no one else was sought in connection with these deaths.
“I would like to thank the local population for the assistance they provided the officers as they began working with partner agencies to determine the full circumstances of these two tragic deaths.
“They will have additional officers in the area. Anyone with information or concerns about the area should speak to those officers.”
