The chief of Ukraine’s Police said Saturday that at most 32 people were killed by Russian shelling in Kherson since pro-Moscow troops withdrew two week ago.

On Saturday, Volodymyr Zelensky, Ukrainian President, hosted a summit in Kyiv to launch a plan for exporting $150 million worth grain to countries most at risk of famine or drought. Zelensky stated that Kyiv has raised funds from more 20 countries and the European Union in order to export grain to countries like Ethiopia, Sudan, South Sudan and Somalia.
