Biden was speaking in Beltsville Monday evening when a reviewer started shouting from a balcony next to the podium.
“Man. Don’t jump. You look insane enough not to jump, so don’t jump,” declared the chief, pointing towards the protester.
Biden immediately began his speech and urged voters to vote for Chris Van Hollen and Wes Moore.
