Manchester United Midfielder Casemiro believes Eric Ten Hag’s obsession to win is something he only saw in the few other coaches that he has worked under.
The Brazil international joined United in a £70m deal from Real MadridAfter a difficult start to his career at Old Trafford, he found success in the Tin Hag team during the summer.
United has not lost in any of their eight matches in all competitions, and they are currently playing against Real Sociedad European LeagueThursday evening was a battle for the top spot of Group E.
Casemiro was asked by Tate what he could learn about Ten Hag after he had played under Luis Felipe Scolari, Zinedine Zidane and Carlo Ancelotti.
“After playing football for a long time, despite the fact that I am only 30 years old, he is [Ten Hag’s] The obsession with winning is what struck me the most,” CasemiroHe said.
It has many strengths. We all know that it’s practical as we learn together. We all know that he wants us to win, and that our obsession with learning and improving is key.
“This obsession with winning is something that I have only seen with very few mangers.”
Ten Hag revealed the motivation for Casemiro’s decision to leave Real Madrid in favor of United.
Ten Hag said that “he told me when we had our first conversation that he needed to challenge himself because Real Madrid won everything.”
He was a major part of Real Madrid. They didn’t want to let him go, but he felt he had to move to another club, to prove himself.
I believe he has that attitude from day one. He shows it in every training session and every game. It is something I love and it will be even more important for our team.
I said it a few days ago that it was the cement between the stones. It’s growing from one game to another, and with that, our group is growing.
“We are really happy with the process, but we need to continue it, because we’re not satisfied, good just isn’t good enough, and we have to do more, so tomorrow we have another challenge, and another test to do even better.
